~Terms of Sale~
Kids are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. A non-refundable $50.00 deposit will hold the kid of your choice for ten (10) days. The remainder of the sale price will be due upon pick-up. If at the end of ten days, you have not collected your animal or made arrangemens for transport, your deposit will be forfeited and the animal will be put back up for sale. All other fees related to the transport of the animal, such as health certificates, shipping crates, or additional testing are the responsibility of the buyer. JLD Farms reserves the right to retain any kid for herd improvement purposes.

~Guarantees~
Animals are guaranteed healthy when they leave this farm. Since we cannot control the stress caused by shipping, or the animal's environment or care once it leaves our farm, we cannot make any further guarantees. In the case of infertility, a refund will be given contingent upon a written statement from a veterinarian that the origin of the problem was genetic, and that the animal received adequate care.
